Established in December, 2012 CREDAI BAREILLY is an association of developers engaged in the business of land development, construction of residential colonies, multi-storey apartments, complexes and the similar business. Many leading developers of the city are its member who follow the Code of Conduct formulated by CREDAI NATIONAL. They are known for their customer-centric approach and have played significant role in the transformation of Bareilly into a modern city.

Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) is voice of real estate industry with the central, state and local governments. Established in 1999, CREDAI represents more than 11800 real estate developers from 168 city chapters across 23 states of India. As the apex body for private sector developers, CREDAI has constantly worked to make the industry more organized and progressive. CREDAI’s code of conduct promotes self- governance and ethical practices and is adopted voluntarily by all its members.
